RINGS LIVE warrants to the original owner-user that the RiBox will be free from defects in material or workmanship. This warranty is limited to ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase, whether or not actual use begins on that date.
RINGS LIVE’s obligations under this warranty and the sole remedy for its breach are limited to repair, at its facility, of any part or parts of its products which prove to be defective; or, in its sole discretion, replacement of such products. All returns of defective parts or products to RINGS LIVE must include the product serial number.
All claims under the warranty provided herein must be made within ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase, whether or not actual use begins on that date. Failure to notify RINGS LIVE of a warranted defect within ninety (90) days of its original date of purchase voids RINGS LIVE’s obligations hereunder.
The warranty provided herein shall be void and of no effect in the event that (a) the product has been operated outside its designed application; (b) the product has been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, improper or inadequate maintenance, corrosive environments, environments containing airborne contaminants (silicone, aluminum oxide, etc.), or excessive thermal shock; (c) unauthorized modifications are made to the product; (d) the product is not installed or operated in compliance with the instructions; (e) the product is not installed and operated in compliance with applicable building, mechanical, plumbing and electrical codes; (f) corrosion from the batteries cause the product to stop working.
The warranty provided herein is for repair or replacement only. RINGS LIVE shall not be liable for any loss, cost, damage, or expense of any kind arising out of a breach of the warranty. Further, RINGS LIVE shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of revenue, profit or use, arising out of a breach of this warranty or in connection with the sale, maintenance, use, operation or repair of any RINGS LIVE product. In no event will RINGS LIVE be liable for any amount greater than the purchase price of a defective product. The disclaimers of liability included in this Paragraph shall remain in effect and shall continue to be enforceable in the event that any remedy herein shall fail of its essential purpose.
Although RINGS LIVE has used reasonable efforts to accurately illustrate and describe its products, such illustrations and descriptions are for the sole purpose of product identification and do not express or imply a warranty or affirmation of fact, of any kind, or a warranty or affirmation of fact that the products will conform to their respective illustrations or descriptions. All products are sold "as is" and RINGS LIVE expressly disclaims any warranty or affirmation of fact, express or implied, other than as set forth in the limited warranty statement above, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
RINGS LIVE shall not be liable for any delay in or impairment of performance resulting in whole or in part from Acts of God, labor disruptions, shortages, inability to procure product, supplies or raw materials, severe weather conditions, or any other circumstances or cause beyond the control of RINGS LIVE in the conduct of its business.

Customer will pay for warranty repair shipments to the RINGS LIVE facility in Singapore. Customers will pay for return shipment (including any taxes and duties). If the customer requests expedited shipping, customer will pay the entire return shipping charge.
RINGS LIVE shall within two weeks of receipt of returned products provide a report to customer detailing those products accepted under warranty and any that are not accepted under warranty due to physical damage or improper use. RINGS LIVE will use its best efforts to repair defective products as quickly as possible with “turnaround time” (time for repair after receipt of units) to be ten (10) weeks or less from receipt at the RINGS LIVE facility. If there is no defect or RINGS LIVE finds that the defect is due to customer abuse or negligence, RINGS LIVE will return the product back to customer and customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
For non-warranted repairs, RINGS LIVE shall report to customer an estimated time to repair, and shall not proceed with repairs until such time that customer has provided approval for said repairs. For problems due to incorrect use of the product, or factors external to the product, or repairs for unwarranted units, RINGS LIVE shall repair at a separate cost borne by the customer, at a billing rate of $150 per hour. RINGS LIVE will not repair unwarranted units after one (1) year from the purchase date.
